Things that need to be taken into account for when editing

Since there are two different sections to our thriller  (well rainbow cake has more than one section but you get the point), we had to make sure it was clear what part is which. For example the colour schemes to define the difference between the past tense and what is happening now. To show this we added a green tint to the future tense and changed the past tense into either black and white or dream (makes the scene look more romantic).
Also, when it came to showing the groom getting changed. We thought of adding a voice over. This only had to be short and to the point. So the line we went for was '*sigh*, i can't do this'. This portrays that the groom does not want to get married.
Music 'AGA DO DO DO PUSH PINEAPPLE SHAKE A TREE'. HALT! Wait a minute, this song would not fit in at all with what we are doing. To get the right feel to the thriller we needed to think about what is going on in the picture. Strange, unusual noises would be perfect for a thriller, but would they fit in ours?
