The music used on the thriller opening is an important convention part to any type of opening. It helps 'set the scene' of whats going to happen in the actual film (creates atmosphere).
One of the music pieces we used in the thriller opening created was off the mac. Also, another piece we used was off http://www.youtube.com/ click on the link --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xAoFCOWl9mk . This was used on the more dramatic parts of our thriller opening.
